分公司綜合
運營: 負責(zé)意大利辦公室、展廳及實體倉庫的日常
行政與
運營統(tǒng)籌,作為連接歐洲分部與中國總部的核心樞紐。
供應(yīng)鏈與
物流協(xié)調(diào): 對接亞洲總部,跟進海運集裝箱的清關(guān)與到貨;管理并評估本地
物流供應(yīng)商(包括卡車零擔(dān)和 b2
c 快遞),優(yōu)化全鏈路
物流成本。
庫存與訂單監(jiān)督: 管理 wms 庫存管理系統(tǒng),監(jiān)督訂單履行流程,處理 b2b/b2
c 訂單的異常情況、退換貨及售后客訴。
外部資源對接: 作為分公司的核心對外窗口,對接外部服務(wù)商(包括當(dāng)?shù)?a href="/zhaopin?q=會計" style="cursor:pointer;" target="_blank" title="會計">會計師、商業(yè)顧問、it/軟件供應(yīng)商及本地承包商等)。
行政與
財務(wù)支持: 協(xié)助處理本地
采購合同,管理電子發(fā)票系統(tǒng)(fatturazione elettroni
ca),核對
物流賬單并配合
財務(wù)完成月度結(jié)算。
任職要求:
語言能力: 意大利語(母語或
c1 級別),具備優(yōu)秀的英語商務(wù)讀寫及口語能力(必須能與亞洲總部順暢開會對接)。
工作經(jīng)驗: 3-5 年以上企業(yè)
運營、供應(yīng)鏈管理、
行政統(tǒng)籌或
進出口貿(mào)易相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
核心技能: 熟練使用 ms offi
ce 辦公軟件,熟悉主流 erp 或庫存管理系統(tǒng)。具備極強的多線程任務(wù)管理能力。
